Things to know about Your Power Package:
  • These are not the same instructions that are in the general Modules. These are new instructions formulated to work collectively toward the specified goal.

  • You cannot swap a Power Package for another Power Package, or general Modules. You can, however, request adjustments by emailing us and letting us know your desires.

    At a going away party yesterday - My friend told me that the day before there had been 3 times when normally she would have cried - but she couldn't!!

    She said she tried & couldn't - then she laughed & said: "Expecting to cry was a habit, but I didn't feel like it."

    Amazing! Also, she has been waking up & stressing during the nite - But Since she started PATHS she has only woke up because Jonathan woke her - & then she went right back to sleep - which she normally can't do.

    She was very excited about it & I heard her telling other people about it twice!...

    I found PATHS last year and have been watching my theater at least once a week since then. The results I have seen are remarkable. I am happier and healthier than I have ever been, and I am 62!
